EchoTrack SchoolCore is a comprehensive platform designed to help schools manage waste, track resources, and optimize unused spaces efficiently.

What You Can Do:

  • Track Daily Waste: Record daily waste collection with photos and categorization
  • Submit Weekly Reports: Comprehensive weekly waste management summaries
  • Create Monthly Reports: Detailed monthly analysis and performance tracking
  • Report Unused Rooms: Document and suggest uses for unused school spaces
  • Manage Resources: Report broken items, request new equipment
  • View Analytics: Track performance and waste management trends

System Requirements:

  • Modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)
  • Stable internet connection
  • Camera or phone for photo documentation
  • Valid school email address

✍️ Signup Guide

Creating Your Account:

Visit Signup Page

Click "Sign Up" button on the homepage or navigation bar

Fill in Your Details

  • Full Name: Enter your complete name as per school records
  • Email Address: Use your official school email
  • Password: Create a strong password (min 8 characters, include numbers and letters)
  • Confirm Password: Re-enter your password for verification
  • Role: Select your role (Teacher, Section Head, Admin, or Student)

Read and check the box to agree to our terms and conditions

Submit & Verify

Click "Create Account" button. You'll be automatically logged in and redirected to your dashboard

Understanding Your Dashboard:

Quick Stats Section:

  • Total Entries: Number of submissions this month
  • Pending Submissions: Forms awaiting completion
  • Total Waste: Waste collected this week
  • Resource Reports: Number of resource reports filed

Scheduled Entry Forms:

  • Daily Waste Entry (Red Badge): Submit before 5:00 PM daily
  • Weekly Summary (Yellow Badge): Due every Friday EOD
  • Monthly Report (Green Badge): Due end of each month

On-Demand Reports:

  • Resource Report (Blue Badge): Submit anytime as needed
  • Unused Room Report: Report unused spaces when discovered
💡 Dashboard Tip: Forms you have access to depend on your role. Teachers see more daily tasks, while principals focus on monthly reviews.

Q: Can I save my form and complete it later?

A: Yes! Click "Save as Draft" button. Your progress will be saved and you can return to complete it anytime.

Q: What if I forget to submit my daily entry?

A: You can still submit it the next day, but it will be marked as late. Try to submit before 5:00 PM daily.

Q: How many photos should I upload?

A: For daily entries: 2-5 photos. For room reports: minimum 2 photos required. Maximum 10 photos per report.

Q: What photo format is accepted?

A: JPG, PNG, and WEBP formats. Maximum 5MB per photo.

Q: Can I edit my submission after submitting?

A: You can view your submissions but cannot edit them once submitted. Make sure to review before submitting.

Q: How do I reset my password?

A: Click "Forgot Password?" on the login page and follow the email instructions.

Q: Can I use my phone to submit entries?

A: Yes! The platform is fully mobile-responsive. You can use any device with a web browser.

Q: Who can see my submissions?

A: Your submissions are visible to your section heads, administrators, and the principal for review.
